I go to Barcelona every year and usually organise my own travel and stay at the same hotel. However, this year was going to be different as I planned to go with two teens and my brother. Of course, everyone left it to me to organise, and of course I got busy and left it till about 5 weeks before we were due to go, before I started to think about it. Thankfully after a great 1-2-1 with Alex at Green Club he said he might be able to help me.

After just a couple of days, Alex had a sourced a good value hotel in my desired area, with flights, and all on the dates we were planning on. Alex accommodated all the changes my family suddenly came up with good humour, infinite patience and a very quick turnaround. Even the teen nephew, trying to bypass having an official photo and not getting his passport until two days before we left did not seem to phase him!

I am sure that if I had tried to organise this trip myself, my family would have driven me bonkers. Instead Alex was able to take the stress out of doing this and we had a wonderful holiday.

I contacted Alex to book me a short break in November 2019. I was hoping to get away as I had not taken a break from work in almost 2 years. We discussed the options and Alex recommended the Canary Islands.

I was hesitant to ask Alex for help because I didn't have a large budget and felt it would not be worth the trouble for Alex. I could not have been more wrong as Alex was really helpful, knowledgable about my options and nothing was too much trouble for him.

From start to finish Alex was on hand to answer questions, providing advice and guidance. Alex communicated with me via mobile and WhatsApp and his responses were always swift & helpful.

I contacted Alex with a view to booking a holiday for myself, my husband and 2 boys.

He was extremely helpful and quickly got back to me with some options to look at. Alex was really friendly & knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him to look into, I was very fussy so he had his work cut out!

Once we had decided he dealt with everything very efficiently and explained everything I needed to know fully. He also booked our airport parking for us.

We have just returned from an amazing 10 days in Turkey in a fabulous hotel. Alex contacted us on the first day of our holiday to wish us well and remind us if we had any problems to let him know. We didn’t have any problems; everything ran like clockwork.

Alex has recently done a fantasic job or organising our summer holiday to Greece.

We wanted to travel to two different Greek Islands and we were quite nervous about letting somebody else arrange airport pick ups, flights, ferry journeys and accommodation.

Alex, however did a fantastic job! Alex provided us with a detailed itinerary which told us at each stage of the journey what was happening, where we needed to be and who our contact was. We had no reason to be nervous.

Alex did such a good job he has now organised next year's summer holiday for a special anniversary. I'm hoping to be able to tick diving with Manta Ray's off my bucket list.

Alex has been fantastic in helping us to decide on and book our honeymoon this year. We have been talking to Alex for around 7 months going through various itineraries and ideas so it has been a long journey! He really took the time to understand what we wanted from our honeymoon and has been brilliant in responding to our questions, concerns and has put up with us changing our mind more than a few times! Alex was great at helping us book our Italian roadtrip! We gave him our flights (which we had already booked ourselves) and he did the rest! The hotels we chose were all in amazing locations, steps from the main attractions we wanted to visit and all at a very reasonable price! completely took the stress away of booking a multiple destination holiday, it was so easy to confirm everything via email. I have just booked a trip to New York City with Alex. There was so much attention to detail and he continued to search for the best deal for me! Alex provides added touches that no standard travel agent would from proviing recomendations of what to do on my holiday to arranging ESTA's and ensuring I have the right travel insurance in place.

Alex was very efficient in getting back to me as quickly as possible at all times and even when I gave the go ahead to book he called me back as he had found me better flights arriving earlier in the day so I had more time to explore the city.

One last touch Alex provided was a WhatsApp group to serve as a point of contact for further recomendations, questions or support I might need when we get there.

We felt like we wanted something different from our holiday this year but didn't know where to start.
